“Software Concepts for KAS KOLLMORGEN Automation Suite Applications”
TBM lecture at the Sales Partner Meeting of KOLLMORGEN Europe GmbH
On 25th and 26th June 2014, the company KOLLMORGEN organized its annual Sales Partner Meeting in Ratingen, Germany. An audience of distributors from all over Europe was shown the latest developments and trends in Automation and Drives.
TBM Automation AG could present their TBM Motion Control Framework for applications with KOLLMORGEN KAS (KOLLMORGEN Automation Suite) to the participants personally. With this software platform automation and motion control applications can be implemented very efficiently. Since 2010 TBM has successfully created different applications for high demand requirements with KOLLMORGEN AKD PDMM Drives (with integrated Motion Controller and PLC).
Danijel Todorovic-Grabher and Silvester Tribus have shown, through examples from the Aerospace-Industry and Cutting-Technology, how to realize and integrate efficiently highly flexible and reliable solutions with TBM's corresponding software design. E.g. different multi-axes applications with flying saws or rotary cross cutters have been realized.
